EDIT he actually wasnt originally based off of count bleck, but when i debated putting stars under his cape, i sat back and went "oh crap he looks like count bleck"
well, i was sitting there, trying what to write out the next page of 'a recurring nightmare' (which isnt ready) when i suddenly thought, "i wonder who i woud make villain of a possible sequel?" i tried to refocus on my current task of making kirby seem intelligent, but it was too late. i was already thinking things up.
i didnt want the typical "lord of the darkness and cliched goal of destroying the entire universe" kind of guy. i wanted a well dressed gentleman who just radiates the unknown. im pretty happy with the design (besides the giant hand thing, it fell apart as soon as i colored it), but im probably going to change it when i actually decide whether or not to make a sequal. i based him off a couple of different characters from different series, can you name them all?
i ended up basing a good deal of his personality and abilities on villains from other series too, including crowley from supernatural, camber from the lost conspiracy, and dhoulmagus from dragon quest VIII
a good deal of his bio will be left empty or unspecific, just in case i do make a sequal and i already spoilered it.

attire/appearence: dominus wears a grey-blue vest, fastened with three gold buttons. a blood red ruby (an artifact that he swindled in a deal) acts as a broch to hold a pale blue cravat in place. his white cape is also held by the brooch, and ends in a tall collar. the inside of his cape is the same blue as his cravat. he wears plain white pants and shiny black shoes. to top it off, a white top hat with a blue gray ribbon, fastened with a gold buckle. his skin is a dull, dark grey, and his right forearm is massive, ending in a red tipped, clawed hand. his eyes are bright red, and glow faintly.
history: hardly anything is known of dominus's past, but he often claims that he signed a deal to drop the asteroid on the dinosaurs.
personality: calm, collected, and quite proud of his reputation as a pacifist, dominus rarely shows signs of anger or annoyance. but when someone manges to get the better of him, he has been known to explode into violent rages that usually end with him taking it out on somebody nearby. master of false humility, he is quick to show himself as the one in control of a situation using verbal abuse and backhanded comments. causal cruelty is part of his daily routine, as he recieves great enjoyment from watching others squirm and at his mercy.
abilities: he isnt called "the dealer" for nothing. dominus has the eerie ability to sense when someone is desperate, and appears before them with a deal just to good to be true, ranging from fame and fortune to raising the beloved dead. the prices always seem small, and vary from person to person, but in the end, dominus always comes out on top. his powers over time and space are truly frightning, but interstingly, he cannot do much of anyting without making a deal first.
without being "powered up" on a deal, dominus's powers are limited to teleportation, telekinises, and unnatural physical strength. he is supsected of being a clairvoyant, although it has never been proven.
weaknesses: curiosity killed the cat, and dominus is no different. his desire for knowledge has always been his weakness, and he has been caught off guard in conversations, which ultimatly leads to him coming out at the bottom end of a deal. despite his great strength, he is actually quite frail, and can be easily crippled with a well aimed blow.
likes: orderly chaos; making deals that include messing with the flow of time; creating misery; making others look foolish; ruining the lives of others
dislikes: being caught of guard; losing; do-gooders; people trying to destroy the universe; getting dirt/blood on his suit
