Hiko the White Matter

well, after looking through my gallery and seeing my sadly pathetic bio for hiko, i decided to redo it.
i tried out a new way to do his wings, and im pretty happy with them.
stupid emotions, makes me which i gave him a mouth. DX
im going to have to do a new explanation of white matter at some point too. might do it with this bio, which will make this description even longer

appearence: a simple round ball, hiko's skin has a slightly pink tinge to it. his single eye has a pale blue tinge, and highlights reflect back red. five red markings slash across his body, two of which resemble feathers. he has a prehensile tail that protrudes from the bottom of his body, and he can lengthen and shorten it at will. his two floating hands are tan, and he keeps them curled into tight spheres. wings can sprout from his hands, forming a structure similar to an arm. his feathers are all tipped with a hard, metal-like substance.

history: little is known of hiko's past, as he isnt telling anyone. but as a white matter, it is known that he was part of zero's dark matter army for most of his life. wanting to experience free will and hearing rumors of a way to become an entirely different being, he got his chance when a birdon bandit named tori crossed his path. acting immediatly, hiko possesed tori, and went underground for several decades. as he slowly began to trasition from dark to light, his control over tori waned, and eventually broke. expelled from tori's body, hiko was overjoyed to find himself in a new form. reveling in his newfound freedom, hiko explored the galaxy at his leisure, until the day he met forta. to avoid spoilers, i will end here.

personality: impulive, sarcastic, immature, and a lack of respect towards authority, hiko is a bit of a rascal (a trait he picked up from tori). he talks tough, but when it comes down to a fight, he tries to stay far out of harm's way, earning him the reputation of a coward. but he cares deeply for anyone who as ever shown him any sign of affection or kindness, and will never leave them to die if he see's a way to help. he can be rather clingy, and doesnt like to be left alone. despite appearences (and actions) he is very intelligent, and often resorts to wit to talk his way out of a situation (usually one he put himself into)

abilities: like all white matter, he floats a few inches above the ground. he can literally sprout wings from his hands, and with them out, he can fly at nearly super sonic speeds. similarilly to a birdon, he can fire edged feathers from his wings with surprising force. also able to summon feathers without his wings out, and he throws them like knives. he can carry a passenger while flying for short distances, or for however long his passenger can hold onto his tail.

weaknesses: when just simply floating, he goes sadly slow, reaching speeds of a fast jog when he really puts his mind to it. he gets tired easily, and cant fight or fly for very long. his physical strength is absolutly pathetic, and thus relies on nothing but speed and agility.

likes: being annoying; argueing with forta; making fusses over small things; flying; hugs; being with his friends; napping; being fashionably late

dislikes: watching others eat; kisses; candy; anything in general that includes having a mouth; zero; zero2; dark matter; nightmare; forta winning an arguement; tragic love stories

notes:
he hates being reminded of his lack of a mouth.
when questioned about his time as a dark matter, he will say that his memory is rather foggy at the moment, then change the subject.
his extreme overprotectiveness of forta has led many to believe that he secretly loves her, but he is quick to deny such accusations. he says that he made a promise to someone special long, long ago, and that was to never let forta suffer more than she has been fated to.
he seems to have trouble killing other dark matter, and often hesitates before the final blow.
