species: unknown, but suspected of being a hybrid

appearence/attire: kira is unusually tall, forta coming just to her waist. she wears a torn dark grey-blue tunic with lighter grey-blue trim, over a long sleeve grey shirt, crisscrossed with red. her close-fitting light grey pants are tucked into her dark boots, and her shoes are the same light grey. her slanted eyes are a steel blue, and shine cruelly from under her long bangs.

history: little is known of kira's early life, other than she joined the GSA ninja corps sometime during the war with nightmare. she disagreed with many of the GSA's tactics and ideals, but stayed due to her hatred of nightmare. but when the group she was in got ambushed by demon beasts, she ran and didn't look back, even when her comrades where killed. she went into hiding for the remainder of the war, and after it ended in nightmares favor, she openly declared herself a demon hunter. many years later, she ran into forta, hiko, and maja, and fell into place with them until they disbanded later.

personality: kira has no patience for those who value honor over the lives of others. she sees the GSA as fools looking for hope where there is none, wasting the lives of hundreds in a hopeless war. she doesnt mind playing dirty, just so long as she wins in the end. kira is a cold, merciless fighter who always weighs the odds, makes a decision, and takes the path with the least amount of death (excluding demon), no matter what that path is. despite her ruthless exterior, she will not stand by to watch others die, unless there is no chance of anyone surviving. she does not mind being called a coward, as she sees the opinions of others as simple and useless. needless to say, she can be rather close minded, and doesn't like surprises. kira never seems to show any emotion, save disdain.

strengths/abilities: as an experienced ninja, kira's skills in stealth and agility are almost unmatched. her old age doesn't seem to be slowing her down, and her unusual height allows her to tower over most foes. she is a surprisingly good swordswoman for a ninja.

weapon(s): her primary weapon is an oversized katana blade, which she carved from a demon's talon. the demon had some shape-shifting abilities, and some of that has transferred to the sword. it can switch forms between an arm guard (which she wears for a small bit of defense) and a sword. the blade will glow red from time to time, usually when kira is in battle. she also uses kunai knives and shuriken.

weaknesses: while she isn't getting any slower, she does have a lower stamina due to her age, and has trouble fighting for hours at a time. although it is also one of her strengths, her height also makes her stick out in a crowd, and thus makes her a bigger target for people to lock onto, not to mention it makes hiding in tight spaces a real pain.

likes: killing demons; training; being alone; nature; ignoring maja; proving others wrong
dislikes: being proven wrong; interruptions; demon beasts; the GSA; watching others die; feeling guilty

notes:
she has hinted at having ancesters from some strange planet called earth, wherever that is.
 kira has shown great dislike towards maja and has threatened giving her several times, yet always is the first to come to her aid whenever the keke is in trouble...
she always seems to have a back-handed compliment to hand out.
her hatred for demon beasts seems to stem from her dislike for anything unnatural or against nature.
